Houseboat Information
Lucerne Valley Marina has the only houseboat rentals on Flaming Gorge Reservoir. We offer two types of houseboats:
- Our 36' houseboat sleeps 6 people.
- Our 52' Explorer XL sleeps 12, and has deluxe amenities for the ultimate houseboat vacation.

- Deposits are due at the time of reserving the houseboat
- All cancellations or transfers of dates are subject to a $100.00 service fee
- Pets are allowed, but an additional $50.00 pet fee applies. Note only 2 pets allowed per boat.
- Rental Payments are due 30 days prior to departure and can be paid by cash, check, money order or credit card
- We are not responsible for loss of running time due to equipment failure, weather, illness, accidents or changes in plans
- Rental rates are by the night. Boats must be checked out between 2:00-5:00 p.m.
- Boat check-in is 10:00 a.m. unless other arrangements have been made prior to departure
- Renter is responsible for all gas, oil and any damage during the rental
- Cleaning fee may apply if boats are not clean when returned
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Deposit is subject to a $100.00 fee. If reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to boarding then the deposit less the $100 service fee will be returned. Entire deposit will be forfeited with 29 or less days notice if full rental has not been paid. Should cancellation occur after full rental has been paid, but with less than 29 days notice, the entire rental amount except for the security deposit, will be forfeited. If reservations cannot be honored by Lucerne Valley Marina, all payments made are refundable. We regret we cannot make exceptions to this policy.

Deposit & Reservation
Confirm/Damage Deposits:
Deposits are $275.00 for the 36’ houseboat and $400 for the 52’.
Deposits are refundable after all gas, oil and any damage is paid and boats must return in the same condition as they were checked out.
Houseboat deposits are due at the time of the reservation and any change in reservation or cancellation is subject to a $100.00 service fee.
Lucerne Valley Marina reserves the right to refuse pets aboard if they show signs of being aggressive, or if there are more than 2 pets per boat.
There is a Non-refundable pet deposit of $50 per pet with a 2-pet maximum.
Rental Payment:
Houseboat rentals are due thirty days before departure. Rates do not reflect sales tax.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR RUNNING TIME DUE TO EQUIPMENT FAILURE, WEATHER, ILLNESS, ACCIDENTS OR CHANGES IN PLANS.
Boat Pick-up/Return:
Rental rates are by the night. Boats are checked out to renters between 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. on the first day of their rental and returned by 10:00 a.m. of the day after their last night’s rental. There is no guarantee that the boat will be able to leave the dock if arriving after 5pm. A late fee will be accessed for boats brought in after 10:00 a.m. on the return day.
