Tent camping at Flaming Gorge Reservoir in Utah.Flaming Gorge Reservoir offers some of the most beautiful and scenic wilderness and wildlife areas in the country. We operate eighteen campgrounds on the reservoir, each offering a unique view of the lake and mountains. The diversity of campgrounds vary from the lake shore to the beautiful pine forest shores of the south end, to the beautiful red rock cliffs and sandy coves and beaches of the north end.

Camping reservations are suggested for most weekends and holidays. Reserve USA handles reservations. Call 877-444-6777 or go to www.recreation.gov. All campgrounds offer 50% of their sites on a first come, first serve basis as well.

Lucerne Campground:
Due to construction in 2011 - Loops E, F, G, & H will be available. Loop E & H are reservable through www.recreation.gov. Reservations are highly suggested as Loops A-D will be closed for major renovations. A dump station, flushing toilets, access to potable water, a fish cleaning station, cabanas with picnic tables, fire rings, and grills are some of the amenities available. Terrain is mostly high desert with a few trees throughout the campground, best access to the lake.

Stateline Cove Campground:
Dispersed beach camping on the sandy shore of Flaming Gorge. Located six (6) miles East of Manila, Utah on the Utah/Wyoming border. Campground has four portable and two vault toilets, some picnic tables. Terrain is high desert with no trees and sandy beaches. All sites are on a first come, first serve basis.

Sheep Creek Corridor Campgrounds:
Includes Sheep Creek Bay, Willows, Manns, Carmel, and Navajo Cliffs event site. These campgrounds are located 7 miles west of Manila on the Sheep Creek. All of these sites are first come, first serve sites and have more of a mountain camping feel. Amenities include picnic tables, designated sites, vault toilets, garbage, and fire rings.

Hideout Canyon & Kingfisher Boat-in Campgrounds:
Hideout Canyon has 18 single units with brand new mooring slips, two pit toilets, a flush restroom, picnic tables, fire rings, and tent pads. Reservations are highly suggested to guarantee a site at this popular boating destination. Located between Lucerne Marina and the Flaming Gorge Dam. Kingfisher Boat-in Campground is a first come, first serve site with 8 units including a mooring slip per unit as well as a pit toilet and picnic tables.

Red Canyon Campgrounds:
Located next to Red Canyon Overlook and lodge on highway 44. Mountain camping at it's finest, located next to Green's Lake. Red Canyon, Green's Lake, Canyon Rim, and Skull Creek Campground make up this grouping. Paved road, single units sites, potable water, picnic tables, fire rings, and toilets are available.

Browne Lake Corridor Campgrounds:
Includes Browne Lake, Deep Creek and Spirit Lake. All mountain campgrounds off Highway 44. Amenities include vault toilets, picnic tables, fire rings. Fish some of the best mountain lakes on the forest - all sites first come, first serve. Browne Lake Group sites 1 - 4 are now reservable through www.recreation.gov.

Buckboard Crossing Campground:
Located 20 miles from Green River, Wyoming on Highway 530. Sixty eight single units, shower building, some electrical sites, potable water, restrooms, paved road, cabanas with picnic tables, fire rings and grills. Access to lake via boat ramp. High desert terrain, few trees.
